The vibrator comes with a needle pipe that is 35 mm in diameter and made of wire-braided hose pipe for greater durability.
• o HOW TO CONNECT: To connect the concrete needle to the vibrator, remove the connecting collar from the needle, align it with the motor pin, and put it into the needle’s hole. Then, screw and tighten the collar in a clockwise direction.
• o HOW TO APPLY: Throw the needle end on the surface forcefully once or twice before each use of the vibrator.
• o REQUIREMENT: you can select the concrete vibration needle length as per your work requirement, such as for beams & short range you can use a 1.5 mtr needle, a 2 mtr needle for medium range like beams and pilasters, and a 3 mtr needle for long range like lanters.
